Quick Ways to Cure Hangover

Though there is no labelled "hangover cure" for the mornings after a wild night Ladies, but there has to be something out there to ease the headache, nausea, and overall sense of feeling like crap—right? Here are a few pointers just for you... 

Eggs – Now we dint know this but egg pack a load of cysteine, an amino acid that breaks down toxins in your body. Eggs are also rich in Vitamin B that reduces hangover symptoms.

Tomato Juice- Yes you heard me right, Tomato Juice packs enough simple sugars to get your blood sugar levels up and running again. Its inflammatory righting lycopene and hydrating factors help too.

Asparagus- Asparagus extract boosts levels of enzymes that break down alcohol. Eating a serving of asparagus in your hangover helps in riddling your body of toxins.

Coconut Water- Some of us know of this! Alcohol dehydrates your body. Coconut Water hydrates. A low sugar coconut water suits you best as it doesn’t contain any artificial food flavors or dyes and has just as many electrolytes as Gatorade.

Orange Juice- We all know Orange Juice is the most common remedy for hangover. It not only rehydrates your body, but the Vitamin C helps in countering the nausea. You can have this with scrambled eggs and light toasted bread. The proteins from egg will help liver filter the toxins while the toast will prevent you from vomiting.

Antacids- Any antacid consumed will help you in the hangover. Most antacids contain sodium bicarbonate that helps neutralize the acidity caused by excessive consumption of alcohol.

Vitamin Drinks- Easily available in all markets, vitamin drinks are loaded with water soluble vitamins like B and C that are absorbed by your body and help in your hangover. These vitamin drinks normally do not contain much sugar content. You can have the vitamins before you go for your bar hopping.

Coffee- This is a world famous cure. A strong cup of coffee which is cocoa rich neutralizes the affects of hangover. We suggest you have small cups of coffee the whole day rather than go for a large mug full. Caffeine raises your blood pressure and metabolizes alcohol in your body. Coffee also helps in some relief from headaches which are usually followed post hangover.

Analgesics- Every household has them, these are excellent for relieving pain or discomfort during hangover. Pop an aspirin or ibuprofen but follow the recommended dosage. One pill is what it takes to help in relief.
