Veg Mini Pizzas - Zucchini special

Here are the ingredients for Veg Mini Pizzas
Pizza base
· Tomato Sauce (2-3 Tomatoes blanched and grinded in a mixer) with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
· 1-1/3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
· 2 Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
· 3/4 cup quartered and sliced zucchini
· 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
Method of Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pizza on baking sheet. Spread each evenly with tomato sauce. Top each pizza base with shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, zucchini and onions.
Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts and flatbreads are browned lightly and crisp. Drizzle each with balsamic vinegar before serving
You can go for any toppings you want. Add baby corn, chopped broccoli if you want to go healthy.
