Indian summer Drinks

 In India summer season has been setting new records every year. You need to keep your body hydrated and with these easy summer drinks you can keep your body hydrated and cool.

1.Nimbu Pani or Lemonade

Ingredients

1.       1 Lemon

2.       2 tablespoons Sugar

3.       Salt to Taste

4.       ¼ teaspoon Kala Namak

5.       2 cups Chilled Water

6.       Ice Cubes

Instructions

·         Cut the lemon into half and squeeze the lemon juice.

·         Add Sugar, Salt and Kala namak and stir till it gets dissolved.

·         Pour water and some ice cubes

2.Aam Panna

Ingredients

1.       1 large Raw Mango

2.       Black salt as per taste

3.       1 teaspoon cumin powder

4.       ½ teaspoon black pepper powder

5.       2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

·         Wash & Boil Mangoes

·         Peel, mash and then strain the pulp

·         Pour water and mix sugar till gets dissolved

·         Stir Well and Serve

3.Lassi

Ingrediants

1.       2 cups dahi (fresh curd)

2.       1 tablespoon sugar

3.       ½ cardmom powder

4.       Crushed ice

5.       Any seasonal fruit as per your choice

Instructions

·         Mix sugar and curd

·         Wisk it till the sugar gets dissolved

·         You can also add mango pulp, rooh afza or any fruit of your choice.

·         Mix all the ingredients and blend in a mixer.

4.Jaljeera

Ingredients

1.       2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

2.       1 teaspoon amchur powder

3.       1 tablespoon Fresh mint and Coriander leaves

4.       2 tablespoon lemon juice

5.       Soda or Water

Instructions

·         Grind the mind and coriander leaves with sufficient water into a smooth paste.

·         Add lemon juice and dry powders to the mixture.

·         You can also soda if you wish to

5.Masala Chaas or Buttermilk

Ingredients

1.       1 cup yogurt

2.       1 cup water

3.       2 teaspoon grated ginger

4.       2 finely chopped green chillies

5.       Salt to Taste

6.       Finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

·         Blend yogurt, ginger, chilllies, coriander leaves and salt in a mixer grinder.

·         Serve this chilled.
